Old Aunt Prunella or...

Old Aunt Prunella or... "the old prune" as the neices and nephews preferred to call her. In hushed tones, of course. Oh you couldn't blame them, Old Aunt Prunella was always watching them like a hawk, with her beady little eyes, grabbing their hands to check for dirt.

Eulalia's mother threw her hands up in exasperation for the thousandth time at finding her little girl digging holes."Why do you have to be such a scruffy muffy!?" she asked Eulalia who had refused since day one to be a proper and tidy little miss.
