Working on a new Kitty painting.

Does motivation come in a bottle?

I wish I had the same energy at night as I have in the day.....because when the kids are in bed I have a hard time finding motivation to paint or sew. This is why I haven't had too much new stuff. Sigh.

The snow is gone and I kinda miss it. But I like being able to drive around again.

I went to the library yesterday and checked out this Pasta&Rice cookbook.....the cover had this great looking pasta dish on it. I always feel so inspired to cook while at the library...then I get all of these cookbooks and never cook!

What's a Voodoo Kitchen? I dunno, but I like the whole voodoo thing as a folk art. This is a work in progress....I want to add color.

Christmas Breakfast

Merry Christmas Eve!

This isn't our snowman, but one that is around the corner from us. My photo doesn't do this great guy justice!!
It's inspired me to make our own, so tomorrow we will go out and make our own. We have the snow that's for sure!
I hope everyone is having a great great Christmas!!!

Lazy Days

The snow is melting a bit right now. I guess we're supposed to have a little more snow in a day and then it is on its way out. It's been nice having all this snow but I am ready for it to go away :D Being stuck at home is only fun for so long.

Later I will make pumpkin pies and a few kinds of Christmas cookies.
