SkeletonKrewe for my Voodoo Kitchen!!!

I just purchased this from the amazing SkeletonKrewe I found on Flickr. It's a Marie Laveau altar/shrine made from recycled wood and parts. SkeletonKrewe is located in the magical New Orleans and I am soooooooooooooo thrilled that I will be getting this soon!!!! Go check out his amazing folk art! He also inspired me to paint skulls on found smashed cans :) He posts his on city poles and I am going to do the same when I finish my second skull can... Anyways I am sooo excited I just can't tell ya!

The Only...

stuffed animal my kids own that i don't wanna toss out :)

I tell ya, now that the kids are back in school (one part time) I am BEAT. I kept trying to create as I was in summertime but by yesterday i was just to burnt out to sew. Instead I watched The Edge of Love. By the end of the movie I could say I really enjoyed it.
Tonight I have some sewing plans so that i'll have some stuff up for Saturday morning.
Yesterday I went to Michael's craft store and got some skully crossbones cupcake stuff so the plan is to make some cupcakes later :)

La la la la THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY :D
