Geesh. I think I have to move there. :)) What a very cool pole! LOL!!
:DIt isn't called a cheshire cat pole....but whoever "installs" that street art stuff uses purple and pink spray paint for their stuff :D
I've never been to Portland but my sister flies up there with her daughters once a year for a Fairy Festival and she loves it too!
