Images from childhood reading :)
The first one is from James and the Giant Peach, illustrated by Nancy Elkholm Burkert, and actually my mom read that to me when I was about 5. The rest I read later on myself. I just happened upon one of these illustrations online and it made me think of others I had read so I went image hunting :)
